two years at WKU

Today marks two years of working for my alma mater! It's been another wonderful year on the hill! I am just coming off a very busy month or two at WKU. There were weeks recently when I was so busy and stressed that I didn't love it as much as I usually do. Sometimes I think summers at WKU are somehow busier than the fall and spring semesters. Then the semester starts over and I stand corrected again!

Whenever my mind begins to drift to complain/stressed-out mode, I stop and remember how good I have it here. I don't think there's anywhere else I'd rather work (not including working as a stay at home mom, but that opportunity hasn't come along yet). I am so thankful for my job. The Lord has certainly provided for us through this wonderful place of employment!

I've learned even more about marketing this year, and I hope that I continue to develop my marketing and web skills in the coming year! Cheers to two years!
